I was browsing on my phone for a bit and the site looked fine overall, and I did eventually find what I was looking for. Checkout was straightforward once I got there, no real issues with payment or anything. The only thing is, after scrolling around for a while, I realized the size options and filters were kind of awkward to use on mobile, so it felt a little clunky

It showed up in a plain box with no weird labels or anything obvious, which I really appreciated. The box had a tiny bit of wear from shipping, but nothing major and the item inside was totally fine

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
I ordered from Stag Shop and figured it might take a bit, but it shipped out way quicker than I expected. My sister had mentioned they were fast, and she was right.
I got the tracking info the next day, and the package actually showed up before the original delivery date. That was a nice surprise because I needed it in time for the weekend.
Everything arrived without any delivery issues, and the whole thing was really easy. I’d definitely order from them again.

"A lot more choices than I expected"
I was surprised by how many options there were to choose from. What I appreciated most was that it felt easy to compare things side by side without getting overwhelmed. To be fair, having that many choices can sometimes be a bit much, but in this case it was laid out well enough that I could actually make a decision

"Return wasn’t a whole ordeal for once"
I had to return an item and, i was expecting the usual annoying back-and-forth because that’s somehow become normal now. But nope — it was actually simple. No weird hoops, no endless messages, no “please wait 7 more business years” nonsense. The refund came through just fine, and the whole thing went way smoother than I thought it would. 5 stars from me.

"Sizing was, uh, off"
The description said medium, but it fit way too small. I was expecting a normal medium, so this was kind of disappointing.
